“You lack nothing. You don’t need to fix anything.”
I am back with another guided practice.
If you have been struggling to figure out your life, unsure if you have what it takes, or have forgotten who you are, this one is for you.
What if you had nothing to figure out? What if you had no problem to solve, no struggle to fix, no way to make, no giant to defeat, but instead all you had to do was be yourself fully?
What would life feel like and look like if you didn’t have anything to figure out and everything to live for?
I think we forget that our main purpose in life is to live and to be. To show up as best we can at every given moment, to allow ourselves to unfold and unravel, and to exist in the fullness of who we are. Let’s just do that for a moment.
Will you just be with me for a moment? What does just being look like for you? What does just being yourself fully feel like today?
Take a sacred moment to breathe yourself in and release the need to replace, to fix, to numb, or figure yourself out. Just be in this moment, present to yourself as yourself. Your present self, your highest self, your loving and lovable self, who knows who you are and who knows what to do. When you are yourself, you have everything you need. When you are you, you have access to your brilliance. When you give yourself permission to be yourself, you lack nothing because who you are is full and whole. As you breathe yourself in once again.
Images of your highest self are beginning to flash before your eyes. Ideas are being formed. Dreams are being remembered, and ways are being conceived. Don’t lose sight of who you are again. Remember who you are when you are full and whole. Breathe yourself in and hold on to the feeling of being you. Whole, full, loving, lovable, and brilliant. Don’t forget who you are.
As you emerge from this practice, remember who you are in this moment. Remember who you are in every moment. And remember that who you are is someone who knows what to do. You have nothing to figure out. You have everything you need. You lack nothing. You possess everything, and you have absolutely nothing to figure out.
Sit in that silent, sacred pause.
Sit in the truth of who you are.
Sit in the fact that who you are is enough.
You lack nothing. You don’t need to fix anything. You don’t need to tear anything down, hide anything, or shrink. Be yourself, and you have everything you need.
As we release this practice, once again, remember you have nothing to figure out because being you will make a way. Being you—being yourself is the way.
