Products are made and packaged with love and care. Unless your items arrive damaged or we accidentally sent you the wrong item, all orders are non-refundable. Please let me know if your order was damaged or incorrect!
Refunds/Exchanges for lost or damaged items must be processed within 30 days of receipt.
I love sending packages across the world! We ship internationally via Priority Mail. Please note that as soon as your package leaves the United States, we no longer have access to tracking information. Your shipping fee covers shipping and handling, but does not cover import duty and taxes for your country.
If you don’t receive your order, because of something we did wrong, we will get you a new one as soon as it is brought to our attention. Of course, it will be reissued at our expense. If you don’t receive your order because of something you did wrong, we will send you a new one, if you’d like, but it will be at your expense. Just be sure to let us know within 30 days of receipt.
