During this time of year everyone is usually talking about resolutions, hosting vision board parties, and sharing their goals. But this year feels different. There’s this undercurrent of fear. There is a residue disappointment and loss. There are remnants of the unmet goals we set at the top of 2020. To say last year was hard really isn’t saying enough.
We may each have stories of loss, disappointments, unexpected pivots… But if you’re reading this, you survived it all- and you should be proud of that.
According to Inc.com, researchers say about 60 percent of us make New Year’s resolutions, but only about 8 percent are successful in achieving them. And even after years of not achieving a single resolution, people continue to set them- hoping for the best, while never actually planning or taking action toward it.
Not this year. I think we all need a more intentional fresh start.
…One that is reflective, one that speaks to our core values, and one that challenges our thoughts and makes room for our feelings.
Every year I host a 7-day goal setting mastermind. This year I decided we all needed something different.
We didn’t see 2020 coming- and we have no idea what’s in store for us in 2021. I want you t have this guide in your hands so that no matter what happens, you can still show up in your power.
The self-paced guide is simple. It’s something you can totally do on your own. It will help you pull the highlights and lessons from 2020 and set strategic intentions and goals for the 2021. This year’s theme, “Intentional 365.”
After the year we’ve had, intention and care is what we need as we ease into this new year.
As you work through the workbook, share your progress with me on social media using the hashtag #intentional365
I am wishing you all the best in the new year.
I pray you enter each day with intention.
